Our conversation focused on local challenges in provider recruitment and retention, and the importance of collaborative efforts with community partners and local government to better support healthcare providers. We shared updates on our Primary Care Network (PCN) implementation plans, explored opportunities for a future locum recruitment program, and discussed ways to evaluate patient attachment using more meaningful measures.
