The HDC, a Doctors of BC program, offers the free EMR-integrated app Discover, which lets users track and compare key clinical measures—such as cancer screening, chronic conditions, and mental health indicators—across their clinic, community, division, and province. The app is a self-serve quality improvement (QI) tool, accessible via most web browsers. Data is automatically uploaded every three months, fully anonymized and aggregated. Used alongside the Practice Support Program (PSP), it can support QI reviews eligible for sessional payments and CME credits. Discover currently supports Intrahealth Profile, MOIS, Med Access, and most OSCAR versions.
