Help Shape the Future of Primary Care - Be a Preceptor

UBC is looking to connect with family physicians and nurse practitioners who are interested in supporting NP students.


Preceptors play a vital role in mentoring the next generation of NPs and strengthening primary care across BC. The information gathered through the survey will contribute to a shared provincial pool of placement opportunities, ensuring equitable access to high-quality clinical experiences for students in all four NP programs.


Preceptor Honorarium:

  • Under 40 hours: $200

  • 40–150 hours: $600

  • Over 150 hours: $1500
