Please Welcome the New Physicians to Our Communities
We are pleased to welcome three new providers to the Sea to Sky primary care community! Please join us in welcoming Dr. Alastair Todd and Dr. Lukie Smith, who have joined the team at Creekside, and Dr. Emmanuel Abreu, who has joined the team at Diamond Head.
Dr. Emmanuel Abreu – Diamond Head Clinic

Emmanuel Abreu is a family physician with a special interest in chronic pain and substance use disorder. He completed his residency in family medicine at the urban site of Saint Paul’s Hospital. He is excited to contribute positively to the community, grow, and call Squamish home. When he’s not working at the clinic, he can be found working at home, spending time with his dog, Rocco, or going for runs.
Dr. Lukie Smith – Creekside Health Squamish

Dr. Smith grew up in Chilliwack after his family immigrated from South Africa to Canada in 2002. He returned to South Africa to complete his medical training, where he met his wife. After graduating and completing his internship, he worked at various emergency units in the Cape Town area before moving to Dublin, Ireland. Here he worked in an Urgent Care Clinic and became the clinical lead for his unit before relocating to Squamish. He loves running, golf, snowboarding, and traveling.
