FPSC payments: Reminder to submit your LFP panel payment/CLFP payment claim form
The next deadline to submit your 2026 LFP panel payment/CLFP payment claim form was October 10, 2026.
If you are newly eligible for the LFP panel payment/CLFP payment, please contact fp.billing@doctorsofbc.ca, and we will assist you with the claim submission process.
If you have already submitted your 2026 LFP panel payment/CLFP payment claim form, no further action is needed in 2026. Claims submitted by October 10, 2026, will be processed and assessed for eligibility in the upcoming payment cycle. If eligible, any payment will be remitted no later than November 30, 2026.
Claims submitted after October 10, 2026, will be processed in the following payment cycle. Any eligible amount will be paid retroactively no later than February 28, 2027.
LFP and CLFP panel payment methodology delay
As announced on September 25 by Doctors of BC and BC Family Doctors, the transition to the new Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) and Community Longitudinal Family Physician (CLFP) panel payment methodology has been delayed.
As a result, the panel payment scheduled for November 30 will be calculated using the current methodology.
