FPSC ensures uninterrupted access to Over-the-Phone Interpretation service until the end of March 2027

As a result of new FPSC funding, family physicians across the province will continue to have uninterrupted access to the Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) service until March 31, 2027. This is in response to the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) concluding the OPI service funding arrangement for family physicians in May of this year.

As a result, there will be no change for family physicians in how they access or use the OPI service.

To use the OPI service, please contact your local Division to request your 4-digit access code.
