The Vancouver Division of Family Practice is pleased to invite you to join us for a sequel webinar tagged From Pathway to Practice: Case-Based Menopause Management in Primary Care, a practical sequel to the launch of the provincial Menopause Care Pathway held in June 2026.

Building on the first session, this interactive, case-based webinar will focus on translating the provincial menopause care pathway into everyday clinical practice. Through real-world clinical scenarios, participants will explore:

  • Menopausal hormone therapy prescribing and treatment considerations

  • Assessment and management of more complex menopause presentations

  • Approaches to abnormal bleeding in perimenopause and menopause

  • Referral decisions, including when and how to access specialist support

  • Practical application of the Menopause Care Pathway and its supporting resources

This session is designed to help primary care providers move from awareness of the pathway to greater confidence in applying it in practice, including navigating common clinical uncertainties and determining appropriate next steps for patients.

Who should attend: Family physicians, nurse practitioners, and other primary care providers involved in the care of patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause.
