Doors opened Thursday, February 12, providing primary care services alongside Sḵwx̱wú7mesh cultural support.
Providing primary care services on reserve in the Squamish Valley for Members. Members will no longer have to travel to the District of Squamish or to the North Shore YHW Primary Care Clinic.
Offering a wide range of services, including nurse practitioner and physician support, nursing services, counselling for children, adults, families and groups, access to traditional medicines, medical and social work support, and Family Circles.
Healthy Hub hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a lunchtime closure from 12pm to 1pm.
Healthy Hub is not a walk-in clinic. Patients will need to register and can do so by calling 604-898-6771 or emailing svclinic@squamish.net and providing their name, phone number or contact information, and their personal health number (PHN).
